A community-owned freehouse on the Cambridgeshire–Essex border, serving delicious food, proper pints, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Set on the ancient Icknield Way and National Cycle Route 11, we’re the perfect stop for walkers, cyclists, and travellers. Settle into our cosy snug or our beautiful garden, and bring your four-legged friends along too – dogs on leads are always welcome.
Our bar celebrates great beer, with a regularly changing selection and a real love for local breweries. We love championing what’s brewed nearby – is there a beer you’d like to see on our taps? Let us know.
