What’s On at The Lion!
Our kitchen will be taking a short break after 19th April while we prepare to welcome our new chef, David, who’ll be bringing an exciting new menu in the coming weeks.
But don’t worry – you certainly won’t go hungry! We’ve lined up a fantastic programme of visiting food trucks, alongside plenty of other great food, drinks, and exciting events. There’s still so much to enjoy at The Lion.

Join us for a brilliant line-up of visiting vendors serving up delicious food right here at the pub. All food is welcome in both the pub and garden, so you can relax, tuck in, and enjoy it alongside your favourite drink and a warm welcome from our front of house team.

The Lion Cafe
The Lion Cafe will be open from 10am until 1pm on Friday 24th April and Saturday 9th May. Please join us for fresh coffee, homemade cakes and pastries and the usual warm welcome from our lovely volunteers.
